About Me

DSC00275

I am a business and litigation attorney with Brooks, Tarulis & Tibble, LLC, in Naperville, Illinois. I have over 30 years of experience in commercial and real estate litigation, business counseling, transactions and contract negotiations.

I have practiced law in large and small firms as well as in-house as the General Counsel of a commercial real estate development company.  I am results-driven and pragmatic in representing each of my clients, whether they are publicly traded or a family-owned business.

I have represented clients in wide variety of litigation matters involving breach of contracts, real estate disputes, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, construction liability, intellectual property, trade secret misappropriation, estate and trust litigation, insurance coverage, gaming, and employment issues.

I live in west suburban Chicago and am the father of two college students. I am an avid golfer and outdoorsman. I am a member of the Naperville Sunrise Rotary Club and Naperville Chamber of Commerce, and also involved with several other charitable organizations.  I previously served as the Race Director of the St. Paddy’s Day 5k in downtown Naperville. I am also the rare lifelong Chicagoan who is a fan of both the Cubs and Sox. Yes, we do exist. 🙂
